Digital delivery
The library is digital content delivered after successful payment. Once the files or secure access have been successfully delivered, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Technical access help
If you cannot open or download the delivered files, contact support within 48 hours of purchase. We will verify the order and help restore access or provide a working delivery link.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or the amount differs from your confirmed order, contact support with the payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.
